Data we process

This website does not contain forms or collect personal data while you browse. If you reserve by phone, we process only the data needed to manage the booking: your name, a contact number and any notes you provide (such as allergies).

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We process your data to manage your reservation and communicate with you about it (confirmation, changes or cancellations). Our lawful basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep reservation data for 3 years after your latest reservation unless a legal obligation requires a different period. After that time, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Processor and recipients

To develop, host and operate this website we use Menuveo Enterprise, S.L. (Tax ID B19982230) as our processor under Article 28 GDPR. Menuveo processes data only on our instructions and with the security and confidentiality safeguards required by law. We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by post to the registered address above or by calling +34972503050. If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cancellations and changes

If you cannot attend, or need to change the time or number of guests, please let us know as early as possible by calling +34972503050 so we can offer the table to someone else.

No-shows

If you do not attend your reservation and do not let us know, we may be unable to hold a table for you during future high-demand periods. A call to cancel in good time is always sufficient.

Allergies and intolerances

Tell us about any allergy or intolerance when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. Information about each dish’s allergens, and its accuracy, is the restaurant’s sole responsibility under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. If you have a severe allergy, speak to the team before ordering.
